Thank you for choosing to shop at The HUB. We offer you two very easy methods to receive your order.

1) Store pick-up

Choose to pick up your order from our physical store, Shop 25C West Coast Village, Sandown Road, Sunningdale, Cape Town, South Africa.

2) Delivery via courier to your door

We offer standard, to your door, shipping rates within South Africa based on the total value of your order.Our rates include handling, all packaging materials, full insurance and a postage/delivery fee.

For orders up to R1500 a shipping fee of R95 will apply.

Shipping on orders over R1500 is absolutely free!

Please note that The HUB may from time to time adjust shipping charges. Customers will be notified before shipping.

Receiving and Security

Please make sure that there is someone to receive your package at the shipping address!
Proof of identity (i.e. identity document) must be provided under all circumstances! We don’t want your package landing up in the wrong hands.

Delivery times

Delivery is usually affected within 48 hours of shipping from our premises, Mondays to Fridays during business hours.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only and, as such, shall not be the essence of the contract.
Under no circumstances shall The HUB be liable to compensate customers in any way for late delivery or non-delivery of goods or services.

Missing items

Any missing items/discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 Hours of collection/delivery, whether by courier or by store pickup.

Completion of delivery

Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the goods and or services have been delivered or completed by The HUB.
